Walter Group Board Elects Officers
The Walter Mobility Group’s Directors held their fourth board meeting in Placerville, CA, on Friday, April 13, 2007. The seven-member Board received and reviewed progress and status reports covering research and development activity, financial disposition, business strategy, and organizational policy. Board members appointed Linda Sweet (bio, contact) of Sacramento, CA, to Chief Financial Officer and unanimously reelected the entire slate of incumbent officers to another year of service. WG Issues Request for Information (RFI)
In 2005, The Walter Mobility Group incorporated in California to develop and bring to market an advanced off-surface transportation system. The Walter Group’s HybriCraft™ overcomes constraints posed by surface impediments, offering reliable, safe, and efficient travel across highly variable surface conditions and over considerably uneven terrain.
To develop, test, and manufacture this technology fully, The Walter Group requests multi-industry information on facilities with capabilities in or near Central California, which could contribute to the program.

Description: The Walter Mobility Group, Inc., of California publishes this Sources Sought Synopsis (1) to announce a need for resources and (2) to provide a starting point for market research. We request and encourage immediate responses to this announcement, enabling our identification of parties interested in participating with, supporting, or exploring our effort. Respondents must adhere to the guidelines described below. We will use your contact information (if necessary) only internally, to select collaborators for follow-on efforts when developing our currently patented and proprietary advanced transportation technology.
